This article by Chris Rutkowski was published as far back as 1979, in Canadian UFO Report (CUFOR). We think it to be the earliest magazine feature to be published on crop circles. It deals of course with the Canadian "ground traces" of the 1970s, with particular attention to the Rossburn rings.
